三种不同检测试剂的配法和检测方法
一、kaiser test
1、Dissolve 5g of ninhydrin in 100 ml ethanol
２、Dissolve 80g of liquified phenol in 20ml of ehanol
3、Add 2ml of a 0.001 M aqueous solution of potassium cyanide to 98ml pyridine.

二、TNBS test
1、10% DIPEA in DMF
2、1% 2.4.6 trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid in DMF
Sample a few resin beads and wash several times with ethanol.put the sample on a microscope
slide ,add 1 drop of each solution
watch the sample under the microscope and look for changes in color.the TNBS-test is possitive when resin beads turn yellow or red in 1min and negative when the beads remain colorless
三、 Chloranil test
to 1--5mg of resin add one drop of 2% acetadehyde in DMF followed by one drop of 2% chloranil in DMF ,Allow to stand at r.t for 5min,blue stained resin indicates the presence of secondary amines.
