基于PLC和MCGS的四层电梯控制系统
摘要：本毕业设计上位机利用组态软件 MCGS设计监控系统，下位机采用PLC来控制,并用，设计出一个自动化、稳定可靠、易操作的控制系统。控制系统采用模块化设计，包括控制系统硬件设计、控制系统软件设计、组态软件的组态画面设计。其中系统硬件设计主要包括PLC的选型、I/O地址分配、PLC硬件I/O接线；系统的软件设计主要是利用GX-Works2来完成梯形图的编程与调试；组态界面的设计主要包括用户窗口的建立；实时数据库的建立；以及运行脚本程序的编写等。电梯的主要功能模块包括响应轿厢内外呼叫按钮并到达相应的楼层、轿厢当前楼层显示模块、电梯门自动开关模块、内外呼叫按钮和开关门信号的输入与消除模块等。最后通过制作上、下位机的通讯协议以达到上位机实时监控的目的。

Abstract：Due to the traditional relay, contactor type elevator control system more and more clearly showed the unsolved problem of a short life, the line repair complex,. because of its easier use, high reliability and simple maintenance, PLC get the mass Pro resistance. This graduation design based on MCGS configuration software and PLC to control, and use the MCGS to PC for real-time monitoring, designed a automation, stable and reliable, easy operation of the control system. Modular design is adopted in the control system, including control system hardware design, software design of the control system, the screen configuration software design. The hardware design mainly includes the selection assignment of I/O address, PLC hardware I/O wiring PLC. Elevator main function in response to both inside and outside the car call button and reach corresponding floors, car current floor display module, elevator door automatic switch module, inside and outside call button and open and close the door and
