You can also add formula into the Model report by click “Edit report” and the click the left red pane shown as below.
And in the dialog box, you can input any formula you want to set one by one..
And after you set the formula correctly, the formula name you set will be shown as the left side, and then you drop the formula name from left side(Data) to report title to insert a KPI such as “RRC Setup Failure%” shown as below.
