摘要
经济增长会伴随着产业结构的优化升级，产业结构的优化升级又会促进经济增长。世界经济的发展进程，同时也是产业结构演进的过程。产业结构的高度化和合理化程度，决定了一个国家经济所能达到的高度。
本文以山东省为例，分析了其产业结构变迁对其经济增长的影响，并且之处其产业结构中存在的问题，主要包括：各市发展不均衡、要素资源存在“反效率”配置、区域内产业结构趋同度不断上升。并且针对这些问题提出了优化建议。

Abstract
Economic growth will be accompanied by the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure will promote economic growth. The development of the world economy, is also the process of industrial structure.. The advancement and rationalization of industrial structure, determines a country's economy can reach the height of.
In this paper, taking Shandong Province as an example, analyzes the changes of industrial structure effect on the economic growth, and points the problems exist in the industry structure, mainly including: the development is not balanced, resources are \configuration, regional industrial structure convergence degree increasing. And put forward the suggestions to solve these problems.
