绿城集团财务风险研究
摘 要
房地产行业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，但与此相伴也突显出一些不容忽视的问题和矛盾。今年，国家不断加强对房地产的宏观调控，出台的一系列新政策无疑冲击了目前正处于“白银时代”的楼市。本文运用财务比率分析的方法，通过对比其他房地产商在同一时期的数据，从偿债能力、盈利能力和营运能力三个方面层层分析绿城集团财务风险产生的原因，并在此基础上对绿城集团未来的发展提出建议。
