1、项目内容：刘胡兰纪念馆坐落在山西省文水县刘胡兰村南。该项目资源品位高，是山西省著名的红色旅游基地之一，被国家发改委、中宣部等部门确定为全国红色旅游经典景区，处于山西中部旅游热线上，具有很高的旅游开发价值，对山西中部的红色旅游起着龙头带动作用。目前，该项目已完成了景区建设可行性研究报告的编制。该景区占地面积63000余平方米，建筑面积近8000平方米，总投资33728.5万元。项目建设内容包括：新建红色教育中心、旅游餐厅、旅游商场、群雕、碑林；改建给排水、供电、消防、采暖、旅游厕所等基础设施；改造、重新布展刘胡兰事迹陈列馆；新建或改造景区道路等。 2、项目投资估算：项目总投资4216.06万美元，拟引资187.5万美元。

III.Company Profile: The bureau is one of the section departments of WenShui county government, and implements the protection of historical relics in the county, the management of tourism industry and the development of the scenic spot. IV.Project Brief:
a.Profile of project: HuLan LIU memorial is located in the south of HuLan LIU Village, WenShui County, ShanXi Province. The resource grade of the project is high, and it is one of ShanXi famous red tourism bases. It is determined by such departments as State Development Reform Commission, Central propaganda division and etc as a nationwide red tourism classic scenic spot, locating in the middle part of ShanXi tourism hotline, which has very high tourism development value and has leading driving effect on the red tourism of middle part of ShanXi. At present, the project has completed the organization of the feasibility study report of the spot construction. The area of the scenic spot is more than 63,000 square meters, the building area is about 8,000 square meters, and the total investment is RMB337.285 million Yuan. The construction content includes the establishment of red education centre, tourist restaurant, tourist emporium, group carvings and stele forest, the rebuilding of such infrastructures as water supply and sewerage, power supply, fire fighting, heating, tourist toilets and etc, the reconstruction and rearrangement of HuLan LIU deeds museum, the establishment or rebuilding of roads in the scenic spot and so on.
b.Total investment: The total investment of this project is US$42.1606 million, and the proposed attracting investment is US$1.875 million.
c.Market prospect and benefits analysis: The direct income will be US$0.75 million, and the potential benefit in value will be US$1.875 million. V.Current Progress:
The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
