也深深喜欢上了这个公园，并且在历史传承的观点上转向了设计师一方。后来又有评论家写到真正应该担心的不是对雪铁龙工厂这个历史片段的保存，而是从更大尺度的历史观出发对民族传统的保护4。什么是法国的民族传统？什么样的建筑，什么样的园林，什么样的装饰能反映法国的民族传统？评论界对雪铁龙的批评其实也是在探讨这些问题的答案。这些批评以及评论家观点的变化，让我联想到巴黎历史上另外两件了不起的建筑物，一个是埃菲尔铁塔，一个是卢浮宫的玻璃金字塔。埃菲尔铁塔落成时，巴黎人称它为左岸的怪物，甚至不愿意看他一眼；卢浮宫的玻璃金字塔落成时，多少巴黎人发出歇斯底里的反对声。但是，今天他们都成了巴黎的标志！都成了法国传统的组成部分！雪铁龙公园也是，提到巴黎的当代园林，我相信很多人都会首先想到它。所以，继承传统不是从过去寻找不可改变的要素，保持到天荒地老；而是让民族精神的热血在不断创新的机体里奔腾流淌。
后记
作为国内的青年学生，暂时没有机会亲自前往参观了解这些重要的国外经典设计案例，确实是个遗憾。由于版面的限制，介绍这些案例的文章多受限于字数不能全面详细地展示这些设计作品的面貌；设计同行的游记博客多流行简洁短小的“微博体”，就算有不少照片也很难给读者一个完整的印象，而且参观考察一般行程紧张，就算到得现场也多为走马观花；另外一些游客的游览介绍又多流于感官的体验，缺少从专业角度出发的分析思考。这些原因导致年轻读者了解这些案例的渠道非常有限，程度也不够深入。而风景园林新青年的团队成员中，很多都有幸在国外学习，有机会进行比较深入的观察分析。我们愿意作为大家的眼睛，成为了解这些案例的一个新的渠道，与那些没有机会亲自前往现场的读者尽量详尽地分享我们的所观所想。这也是抛砖引玉，希望读者朋友能参与到讨论中来加强交流、互通有无。
