浅议我国网上银行的发展现状
摘 要
网上银行近几年来发展迅速，快速占领市场，冲击了传统银行业，即将引发一场金融业历史性的网络革命。本文中，我将论述的重点放在目前我国网上银行的发展情况上,并通过现阶段的发展和未来发展预测进行网上银行在发展过程中的问题分析。具体来说，首先对网上银行的总体情况进行分析，包括对网上银行的发展现状、网上银行风险的特征、网上银行风险形成的原因和机理，在此基础上，利用国家统计局公布的数据、银行的官方网站等公开信息和调查问卷收集的数据，针对行业、银行和用户管理提出有建设性的网上银行管理方法。在一定程度上，为银行管理网上银行风险提供可以借鉴的思路。

Abstract
The emergence ofInternet banking brought a revolutionary impact to the traditional banking, it with its own advantages in rapid spread, and eventually lead to a global banking network revolution. This paper closely around the development of online banking in China the status quo, the development of online bank in our country faces some problems are analyzed and discussed. To be specific, firstly, the paper should analysis the situation of e-banking well, including the analysis of current development of e-banking, Characteristics of e-banking risks, formative mechanism and causes of e-banking risks. Based on the analysis, the author collects data from official website, including the website of State Statistics Bureau, financial reporting from the bank, as well as the data from the questionnaire study. Based on the data, this paper segregates government and banking industry, banks and user management. According to the result this paper provides
constructive on e-banking management. Also, to some extent it will help the banks in other area commencing business.
