飞机发动机左支架零件工艺规程及工装设计

摘 要
详细研究了WP—7甲航空发动机左支架工艺及工装设计过程。左支架零件材料为40GrNiMoA,毛坯为模锻件,因为该零件结构复杂,机械性能要求高,工艺要求比较严格。是以重点研究了表面加工精度的保证;基准的选择;特殊及辅助工序安排等。同时分析加工过程中工件夹紧、定位方案的选择,夹紧机构,定位元件和分度装置的设计及误差分析等。为左支架的加工、工艺及工装提供了理论依据。

Abstract
This graduation is specially written for the design of left—engine cradle and it’s equipment for WP-7,Including the projecting of rough, the technics of the part and the projecting of No.150 and No.115.
The part is made of 40GrNiMoA. the jig is made by stamping,it’s structure is complexity. Mechanical property is required much better,technical requirement is stricter technical process include :how to choice benchmark,how to settle special and accessorial working procedure and so on.The projecting of jig include:how to choice the precept of clamping ,and orientation (定位) ;the mechanism of clamping,the element of orientation and the dividing device.Error analysis and so on.
