By the analysis of the exhibitors’ satisfaction on professional level, organization, supporting facilities of CHTF, we can get the results. ? 参展商满意度 Exhibitors’ satisfaction of services provided by CHTF 从专业性的各个维度来看,参展商对展区主题设置比较满意,达到3.8分。第十一届高交会采用了全新的电子票务方式,使参展商对票证服务的总体满意度评价相比以前(第九届3.45,第十届3.13)大为提高,总体满意度为3.7分。 On various professional dimensions, the exhibitors are relatively satisfied with the subject setting of in the pavilion, which has reached 3.8 points. As the high-tech projects and information exchange platform, CHTF was recognized by the audience visitors. And there are another 8.2% visitors, who have the purpose of participating in the next CHTF. Professional satisfaction with services by CHTF 观众对专业性的满意度总体评价为3.8分,对展区主题设置的评价分数最高,为4分。观众对票证服务满意度的评价为3.8分,观众对现场组织与配套服务满意度普遍评价为4分。 The overall satisfaction assessment on professionalism from visitors is 3.8 points. The evaluation on the theme of pavilion gets the highest score, 4 points. The tickets & documents service is 3.8 points too, the audience on-site support services organization and the general satisfaction rating is 4 points. 八成多观众表示达到参会目的 Over 80% visitors achieved their purposes 72.7%的参展观众达到参展预期,有9.6%的观众表示超出预期,仅有2.6%的参展观众表示未达到预期目的。 72.7% of the participating visitors achieved 约40%的专业观众在高交会停留两天以上 40% of professional visitors stayed in CHTF more than a day 高交会专业观众在高交会馆参观为 19.6%,参观1天的比例最多,为42.7%。有37.7%的专业观众参观天数在两天以上。 33.7% of professional visitors stayed more than two days in CHTF.
