摘 要
为了保证煤矿井下运输系统的安全、高效、可靠运行,对井下皮带输送机进行自动控制对提高煤矿自动化管理水平具有重要意义。
本设计在分析皮带输送机集中控制系统功能基础上,以S7-300型PLC为核心构造了单条皮带和单台给煤机的自动控制系统。该系统由操作台和PLC组成,操作台用来后台管理和实时显示运行信息,PLC主要来完成现场信号的采集和实时控制。
本文首先介绍了皮带控制系统的构成和功能,分析皮带输送机常见故障类型及保护,确定控制系统的硬件结构并完成了设备选型,然后对系统进行软件设计;最后提出了皮带控制系统的抗干扰措施。

ABSTRACT
To ensure the operation in underground transport system reliable and safe in coal mine, it is very important to carry out automatic control of belt conveyor for raising the level of automatic management.
On the basis of analyzing centralized control function of belt conveyor,we design the automatic control system with the single belt and a single machine which based on S7-300 type PLC. The system is composed by the operation flat and the PLC, The operation flat is used to control flat and display running information real-time, and PLC is used to collect field information and control belt real-time.
In this paper, the composition and function of the belt control system is introduced firstly. Structure of hardware is confiremed and the equipment selection is also completed.Then the software design is conducted. At last,the anti-jamming measures of belt control system is represented.
