任务 1 检查微蜂窝射频机柜的风扇盘 注意:当取下风扇盘装置检查时在BSM上将看到有告警。 详细说明 打开微蜂窝射频机柜风扇盘装装置的机壳 取下风扇盘装置: ---拧开风扇上的指旋螺丝 --- 切断风扇盘的电源接头 --- 当取出风扇盘时,检查风扇的尘土 --- 确保风扇自由的旋转 --- 清除任何灰屑 --- 检查连接头的腐蚀状况,根据需要清洁并使用防氧化油。 --- 打开MiniRe 机柜的盖子 --- 松开风扇盘的指旋螺丝,断开风扇的电源线 --- 拿出风扇盘 --- 检查功放制冷用的针型散热器。若功放脏,则用冲压水或压缩空气对准PAM从上向下吹清除所有堆积的尘土和碎屑。 注意: 要非常小心的使用冲压水,且仅仅直接冲洗指定的区域。不要向任何接头冲水。 PAM cooling fins---风扇冷却散热器。 2 检查微型射频机柜的功率放大器的制冷散热器 注意: 当微型射频柜被配在室外时, PAM上的外露针型制冷单元的散热器和被碎屑阻塞;这会阻碍MiniDE的正常制冷。在空气中容易有很多灰尘和碎屑的环境中,要定期检查微型射频柜。 Nortel Networks

1 检查/擦干净热交换器的核心 打开MiniDE的进口门 ? 放开并摇动敞开的数字机架。 注意 5:参照书的第5-34页“整流器机架空气流动的维护指南” ? 从MiniDE固定的位置的里面移出螺丝保护热交换器覆盖在MiniDE 的鬼子上。参考书的 7-211外部热交换核心单元的更换 ? 揭开外部热交换器的盖子。 ? 检查热交换器内核堆积的灰尘或碎屑 ? 若有必要则用空气或自来水清洗内孩。 如果微蜂窝基站有冗余的DCG,则在维护终端窗口中要执行SWACT用来确认万一有故障时冗余硬件可以接管。看手册中的SWACT章节有详细的说明。 观察三工器的密封垫,它在底盘的上半部和下半部之间。确保密封不会变的很差或丢失部分密封垫。

In addition to being scalable and flexible, Compact Metro Cell also provides wireless customers a unique option to stack BTSs as they grow from one to nine carriers. This enables Compact Metro Cell to be deployed in a variety of configurations, and
operators can most cost effectively continue to deliver next generation wireless, voice, and data applications in the same foot print.
